"Melinda has been our caretaker for the past year and a half. She has been very thorough in her
weekly checks, and is flexible if I need her to do more. We have a security system
and she is always willing to come let contractors in to do service work. She will text me each week with any issues, or just to let me know everything is okay and in good order. I appreciate this, as we are 3 hours away and cannot always visit on a consistent basis. It is wonderful to know she
is walking through our home, checking to make sure we are locked and secure.
Also, we are in the forest and she will check my mouse traps and replace when
necessary so we do not walk into terrible messes! She always tries to go and spruce everything up when she knows we are coming up and is a great cleaner. She has been a great find for us and our home has been in great hands with her."
